The title of ‘Creative Director’ is a significant one. It’s the person who is ultimately responsible for the output of their team, for the quality of the work, and for being able to produce consistently, on-time and under budget. As an experienced Creative Director, I’ve overseen award-winning, globally integrated marketing campaigns. It is a leadership role that takes discipline, courage, and kindness. It also includes a willingness to get one’s hands dirty.
