Beyond corporate leadership, Adam has leveraged his entrepreneurial mindset as the Chief Creative Officer of his consultancy, where he has delivered high-impact branding and marketing solutions for clients like HP, IBM, Pepsi, Deloitte, and MetLife. As the former Global Creative Lead at Pitney Bowes, Adam spearheaded the company’s first major rebrand in 30 years, overseeing creative strategy, brand guidelines, and digital asset management for a global technology portfolio. His leadership extended to brand architecture, tone of voice, and cross-channel marketing innovation, ensuring brand cohesion in an evolving digital landscape. He did the very same for Cigna for its global rebrand.
