With a vault of unique custom formulation capabilities, GDI Adhesives is able to create the exact adhesive for the needs of the project.
The Ask:
GDI is a successful substrate manufacturer. They are also very humble. When we took a deep dive into GDI, I found that they were much more than a simple manufacturer… and their targets needed to appreciate what GDI delivers.
The Solve:
GDI creates substrates from fruit labels to adhesives used on spacecraft and everything inbetween. No one knew this. Through a repositioning, we put their patented solutions and battle-tested experts in the forefront by proving that GDI knows adhesives better than anyone in the industry. To that end, I created GDI Labs™, where experts create substrate solutions. In addition, I helped create the GDI Solution Database, the industry’s most comprehensive adhesive database.
The Result:
In 2023, with their updated branding, they enjoyed profits of over $2B USD.
