Problem: Pitney Bowes had superior data technology but lacked a true, meaningful relationship with the developer community. The product suite was viewed as a utility, not a destination.
Solution: We shifted the positioning from selling software to building a vibrant, specialized community." I developed an ecosystem strategy that unified disparate software under a single promise of a "Complete View," creating a sense of belonging for data scientists and specialists alike.
