Strategy: The raw report contained thousands of data points. I distilled the findings into a visual narrative focused on the "Marketplace vs. Retailer" disruption. This translated a dense white paper into a high-velocity sales asset, enabling reps to prove the "Cross-Border Opportunity" at a glance.

Result: Became a staple asset for the sales team, condensing a 50-page report into a 2-minute conversation starter. It was also parsed out to create an integrated social media campaign.
